Hello! I have a question, is it possible to make a mesh on the car to dissapear after 1km? I mean i want my bumper to be hidden after 1km of run, i tried it with script.lua but i can't do it, is it even possible?

yes, you can create an animation to the mesh that reduces the scale and makes it disappear.
to activate the animation you have to use an animation script to insert in "ext_config.ini" and choose one of the CSP inputs, choose one of these that you find here:

example of an animation script that works by activating the brake:

In Content Manager, in the CONTENTS menu at the top right and CAR menu at the top left, select your MOD CAR in the car list on the left, then select "CM Showroom" in the bottom menu.
Now position the car so you can see the driver's seat,
then in the CM Showroom menu, click on the button with the car drawn, "car params".
At the top under "Driver & Crew" check the "Driver" box, now if you move the car slightly with the mouse, you will see your driver appear.
Now also check the "Movable" box, move the car slightly with the mouse and the cursor to position the driver will appear.
the 3 green, red and blue circles, if you click on them and hold down while dragging, you will rotate the driver, the same goes for the 3 arrows to move the driver on the axes.
while you do these maneuvers do not use the keyboard because it could exit CM Showroom. and you will be forced to repeat everything.
Once you have positioned your driver, press the "Save pos" button that you find under the Movable box that you had checked.

The car pipeline is simple to open until the portiere is ready if the animation and the esports are good, and what you have done and how you have done it, we can't know it.

Grazie mille ancora una volta! Sono riuscito a far funzionare questo grazie ai tuoi consigli e al tuo video. Ma ora ho un altro problema. Non so come far funzionare gli specchi, ho posizionato correttamente i materiali ma non crea il riflesso che uno specchio dovrebbe fare, sembra uno specchio di un'auto quando è nella telecamera esterna. Potresti aiutarmi ancora una volta. Ho quasi finito con la mia prima Mod grazie al tuo tutorial e ai tuoi consigli qui sul forum. Ancora una volta Grazie mille!!!

La cosa più semplice che puoi fare, è con Contento Manager spuntare la casella per attivare il blur, e cliccare sulla sfocatura di una mod già fatta, così vedi come è compilato lo shaders, che è più facile che spiegarlo, anche perché puoi usare diversi shaders per ottenere la sfocatura, il lavoro maggiore va fatto con un editor di immagine, perché dovrai avere sia una immagine della sfocatura, poi una mappa sui canali rgb della sfocatura e una mappa NM della sfocatura

Hi, I have a problem, when i want to make a car's wiper to work, i set everything up fine, the models, the underlying surfaces, and it worked perfectly before, but it started sience a couple month ago, that when i copy the wiper settings to the ext_config.ini it just completely stops working, and i can't get it to work, any idea why is that? Again, it worked before, then it started not to work, even if i do everything the same as before, sorry for my english:D

I don't understand what you mean, it doesn't work anymore, the windshield wiper doesn't move?
or it doesn't clean the glass?

if you copy scripts into config.ini you need to make sure the names are correct and match your wiper mesh, or in the case of animation, match the name of the animation you made

Everything written is correct, as i said everything worked before, i do everything the same, and now it not works when i paste the copied settigns, i tried chaging the CSP version but the problem is in every version, i tried veryfing the game files and so on, it is not working and i have no ideia why, when i press the wiper the sound is there, like if it is doing something, but it does nothing
