I have made 3 karting tracks, and I liked the result, but the GoKarts drived like drunk, and it was too easy to beat them. With and Abarth 500 and the same AI line, my best result was 6th. So I started tweaking ini files of the GoKart mod, and now they're not drunk anymore, and if you set AI to 100%, they brake late, so not to easy to pass them. With the same AI line, the 50cc kart made 50s, now it makes 47s. The main problem was STEER_GAIN=4, that made them like drunk. I'm interested in seeing the tracks! I've got a small car myself, and its a bit out of its depth on the larger tracks, so karting tracks are ideal.

The car is not complete yet, and not sure if it will be released publicly or not. If not I'll probably be making a generic version that will be.
I always intended to convert my own karting track mod to Ac. btw this is 10 years old track, 10 years old video. for rfactor. with dynamic rubber build up. 3d grass. and moving clouds with associated ground shadows animated too.(still not simulated today) these aspects all completely unheard of 10 years ago in a sim , actually I could conceive that I was the first to do any of this stuff we see today. but I'm sure as I was doing it kunos were too with netkar. sorry ,but annoyingly proud of that. I think even today it still look good although not hd resolutions etc.
I can't imagine its very good, as AC is just not build for karts (solid axle, no suspension and chassis flex).
They where great when they worked but like I said they stopped working and I only checked recently and the mod was not updated for along time.
They work for me in the AC 1.14.4 version, I think it's the last one. Maybe someone of Racedepartment fixed the sounds with "Content Manager" ... I don't see any other karts
YES they work....nice tracks too, great fun. I have a little problem in vr where I can see the drivers head bobbing around in the space where my head is , can the head be removed?
I think so, you must add this to the driver3d.ini file. [HIDE_OBJECT_2] NAME=DRIVER:GEO_Driver_FACE The version 0.3c has already that change, if you prefer not editing files. Can you test me and confirm if it works ?? My Oculus will not arrive until a week or 2 ...
