Hi, I've created a couple of tutorial based on some hill climb / downhill tracks that don't even have fast_lane.ai file.
It's pretty basic but I hope it's useful for newcomers. I should also do a tutorial for fastlane on tracks.
Also did a tutorial on basic camera editing.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate and ask. It's the first time I do these videos so I was kinda nervous but I think the end result is not as bad :)

    Indeed, thanks for sharing :).
Moved this to tracks, since it's directly related.

Thank you very much for the cam tutorial, it is very helpful, and it is incredible, how many Track Cams you have made and published at Racedepartment.

yeah! around 30 tracks, 27 published on Rd and some other for personal use.
I could improve the tutorial, they were made a bit quickly but as I posted, if anyone has some doubts he can feel free to ask.

for the Spline I got something wrong, you'd need to just click the first Start Recording and then after you finish recording you just exit the track and you get a file called: fast_lane.ai.candidate and depending the track lenght it could be up to 10mb or even more on mountain tracks.

that's the file you need to rename.

Most of the times it works with the pitlane as well but it's not recommended I guess.

The problem I was having with some fast_lane.ai I was doing, was that I used the pit_lane.ai.candidate and it weighted only 700kb and it was giving me a pretty long loading time (pretty unusual as well)

I will probably update the video using the correct way. I know it's pretty basic stuff
