Assetto Corsa Mods
It's update day. Steam servers will be hard at work once more, because Kunos released version 0.5 of their Assetto Corsa Competizione title. As usual, we have new content: the New Emil Frey Jaguar G3 and the Zolder circuit, in its laserscanned beauty. Aside from this, I would say that the most notable feature are the new ECU maps for all cars.

Simply, the best modded track for Assetto Corsa.
There are currently 2 versions of Donington released for AC. Both are made by the same talented modder, BrunUK. And both look stunning. However, the 2018 version is something special. I am not referring to the layout per se, or the detail in track assets; I'm speaking about the overall look. It is perfect. And I don't use this term easily.
Once again, Kunos keeps strictly to their announced schedule. Today is release day for update 0.4. Aside the multiple fixes and improvements, we have new content : the Ferrari 488 GT3 and the Hungaroring circuit. I would however NOT minimize one feature, very dear to my heart: Broadcasting Mode SDK to ACC - yes, broadcasting is definitely an important part of the current simracing movement. Notice the SDK part, because it's important. It marks the first "official" modding capabilities of ACC !
[NOT click-bait! It's an open question, not an answer]
Assetto Corsa Competizione uses the Unreal Engine 4 ..engine. So modding (generally speaking) is definitely possible. I can only imagine the possibilities and the tools available (e.g. here). However, at this point not much public information is available on the how-to side. What we do know, it Kunos's official position :
