HELP!!! LODS.INI

so i have tried several mods and the keep saying something like cannot find lods.ini and also maps say map not found NOTE: (i didnt get the game from steam)
also i cant use content manager since i didnt get the game from steam

Sorry, no help or support for a pirated version of the game.

dont put them into documents, mod-cars go into

seems like you went to windows access hell, maybe after new install?
but no support for non official games here
