Find MaxSpeed value

Hello, I am new on Assetto Corsa modding (and this website).

To make my app, I need to find the value of the player's car maximum speed.

My app will be simple, when a player hit ~75% of the max speed, he will earn points.
I will do the same thing for drift, the draft of the previous cars, and when he gain a place.

I already read that post, but there is not what I want :

Its not in the data files. Some cars have it in "ui\ui_car.json" but not all.
You must find out for every car yourself. People made apps for that already.
