QUESTION Exporting existing car to any 3d program

Hi, completely net to here.

i painted my gt3 car.
Now i want to export the model to a 3d program.
And combine it with an scs Euro Truck Simulator model with my own livery as well.
Why.?
I want to make arender from the truck and the car, combined in 1 presentation.
But as i am complete new in this, i just ask you.
In the very past, i did this with a Grand Prix 4 car with 3ds max software. 20 years ago.

i dont know a method to make 3d models from paintings, at least none that work decently

well, place a plane into blender and load your paint in there?!
make sure to connect the alpha from texture node to shader node -->

put the 3D modell of the truck behind the plane and render it.

At least, thats what i think you wanna do.
