QUESTION CREATION OF NEW CARPAINT OR REPAIR OF THE OLD

I extracted the carpaint from a mod and I find a superimposed scheme on which you can not make drawings, if only a single color in the whole car, I would like to repair or create a new carpaint, how could I do it? load the photo of the carpaint that I get from the car.

It would help to know what car exactly this is for, if this is the actual UV map of the car then you might be very limited in what you can and cannot do.

Also what exactly what are you trying to achieve? Just a different colour? Are you hoping to make a racing livery?

EDIT/ Sorry I think I misread, it seems you are trying to make a livery. I'm not knowledgable enough to answer this question but I believe that unless you can open up the car in a 3D modeling program and redo the UV mapping then you are out of luck.
