CAR WONT SPAWN ON CUSTOM MADE MOD

Pls help me.... AC_HOTLAP_START is correct in Blender and in SDK but in AC my car spawns in the middle of nowhere... I think it spawns under the map cuz the sky looks green-ish... ok thats correct in your blender-file
but the pivot is wrong, its at 0,0,0
dont apply transformations
do this:

after: (also scaled up by 10 in edit mode, but that does not matter)
