The Road Map aims for a v1.0 release in Fall 2025, with another five intermediate milestones. Guesstimating one every 1-2 months or so.

According to this plan,
  • Multiplayer should come with the third EA release, so somewhere in April-May(be).
  • Free Roaming with the fourth EA release, around beginning of summer.
  • Modding is not mentioned, but previous statements from Marco would hint at a post v1.0 modding support. Will somebody figure it out before that as it happened with AC? TbD.

Had the time to test a few cars.
  • Driving feel is very nice. Consistent FFB both on asphalt and kerbs.
  • Graphics look very good (awesome shaders at times), but very resource demanding atm.
  • Menu/UI needs work.

And a short video:

Clearly it's not as straight forward as in AC1.
That being said, people started looking into it.

I’m not used to modding cars but the file structure looks similar to AC1? But can “\common_assets\parts\” mean that there are parts you can customize cars with??
