ISSUE Has anyone ever had this problem when doing a wheel when converting it to KN5?

I'm working on a wheel and in Blender/3DSimED it looks perfect, but when I convert it to KN5, it gets all bugged. Has anyone gone through this and can shed some light on the subject? Thanks in advance!

Did you tri-angulate the mesh in blender? ksEditor would do that for you.
why use 3dSimEd instead of ksEditor to make the kn5?
