Totally newbie, need some help !

I present myself, Florent, french male 40 years old and race car games fan !
I've discoverd ACM mods in youtube videos and it's really impressive!...but I have some questions

Before buying the game, I need to know if my laptop is powerfull enough to run some mods :
ASUS Zenbook Pro, i7-8265U, 8gb RAM, GTX-1050max-q, SSD
I can run perfectly The Crew 2 and Grid Legends in 1600x900 middle/high graphics options.
I've tried to optimize the drivers and options in Geforce configuration to win some FPS

For example, this is impressive !! :

MOD SOL 2 2 1 (I think I have to buy the CSP 1.78...)
It's really impressive but I donc't know if my laptop is powerfull enough...
Is there any others reallistic mods I can test with my configuration ?

I try to find some reallistic simulations with great sounds and graphics and the ACM mods seems to be the best, no ?

If it was not a dedicated GPU then no good, but a 1050maxq is enough, not with all on max though.

Wich mod do you use ? The SOL MOD seems to be the best but I guess it needs a good PC with a good CG... and the CSP 1.78 is not free...

CSP up to 0.1.79 is free.

Only the "Rain"-CSP versions >0.1.79 are behind patreon paywall (1,-€)

edit: as i said already, 0.1.78 or 0.1.79 are all free

How I can launch SOL options in game ? Weather options, and more ?
I've seen many hotkeys in content manager (CTRL+ALT+W for example) but not like in the video on my first post...
