Pit Stops not working in modded Track (with "pitlane" defined)

Hi modders friends,
In my new track project, I defined the pitlane in surface.ini file and the pit limiter works in game, but when I try to do a pit stop, when I go to my "red box" in pitlane, nothing happens. The red Pit Box disappear. Are there any other steps to make this feature works?

Is this during a race? I think this will not work in hotlap mode or practice, you must use main menu (Esc) "go back to pits"

i think thats also needed, not sure though...

I can pit and it will do the little menu telling me how long the till each thing is done but I cant get the Pit crew guy to show up next to the car.
