QUESTION Change the surface so it can be illegal on surfaces.ini

Hello everyone!

I need some help to change an existing track (Melbourne 22): I want to make this highlighted area of turn 12 illegal. I noticed that it has the same id (1ROAD_13) than the legal part of the track, so I guess I'd need to change its ID to something different and then assign it as illegal in surfaces.ini.

How can I do that (assign it to OUTER, for example)?

Use ROAD_13 in your surface ini entry
