Black car in Kn

Hi everyone:

New to modding/editing cars.

I was trying to put headlights to a car, using 3dsimed. I isolated the headlights from another car and put them on my car. I saved all like sbx file (and ini and textures in texture folder) and opened kunos editor.

Problem is when I load my car to editor all I see is what barely seems a black car with no textures, no shapes, no nothing, all I see are the wheels. And the view point is.... under the car? I don't know.

Why? Is something wrong with this editor or 3dsimed?

It´s ok, a mistake on my part with KnEditor views.

Well, the project went ahead. Story short: I managed to put the lights where I wanted with textures and saved the car as Kunos file. I edited the lights config in data folder, everything seems ok, but lights don´t work in CM showroom. Any tip of what can be wrong?

data\lights.ini works in Showroom, CSP config not (i heard its coming eventually, but dont count on it)

Hey! Sounds like textures aren’t loading right — double check your texture folder is in the right place and that materials are properly set in 3dsimed. Also, make sure the model isn’t offset — that could explain the weird camera angle. Try loading just the car (no headlights) to test. You’re definitely close!
