whilest i extend my traffic atm, i experienced another crash. A misconfigurated Intersection can cause a crash as well. As soon you go to delete Lane # 118 the simulation will crash. To fix the crash which will not let you restart the simulation, just create a new Lane out of the intersection or delete the intersection
Hi guys, I've been working with traffic planner to add AI traffic to my map, but I've encountered an issue I can't resolve. As it can be seen in the attached video, the cars near mine (orange bus) stop when I approach them. This happens both in the two way road and the intersection. Anyone knows why this happens?
Hi all, I have a new topic to discuss. Recently, I am working on IA cars changing their texture and so on, but I have had problems with the colliders of them. I do not why it looks like ghost cars because while I am driving if I crash into cars, there is no collision or if there is, but not in the exact place. Is there any idea? I have checked on Blender, KS Editor etc., perhaps I haven't clicked in the place which can solve my problems haha @Fuzo
Thanks for your help, from time to time I have a headache because of intersections, even I don t know exactly, the use of areas. If you know sth about that it would be great!
areas you can use to overwrite lane speed or other rules e.g. if i remember correctly there are just 4 rules on default. (i added more in the traffic.json file) here is an example on how i got use of areas: marked lane has a "Highway" role with 120 km/h. In the exit cars need to get slower of course. thats where the area gets handy. Another example would be: "coming from Country Road into a village... Remember, Junctions forces cars to stop. Areas just slow them down or speed them up. *** Would be great to set Junction command to "not stop at main road lanes"... Always a bit anoying when you have junctions without traffic light...
ghost cars? like prototypes? if so, its caused by csp (update). The changes messed up some things, like usual. CarList LUA is not in use any longer. Textures with same names gets loaded only ones no matter if its a nother car...
