Im converting de_inferno from counter-strike 1.6 to assetto corsa, everything was going wonderful, textures,conversion,model etc etc, and when i try to enter the track in assetto, simply doesn't load, ive seen a lot of threads and none of them helped, ive deleted ai folder, documents folder, camera_facing.ini, renamed the models like AC_START_0 , AC_PIT_0, AC_ROAD_0, 1PIT,1START,1ROAD, combined them, and still nothing. SOLVED!! The problem was the names, i needed to name it 01ROAD /AC_PIT_0 to work, i figured it out decompiling drift.kn5 to fbx
I'm modifying an existing circuit. No matter where I place the AC-Nodes, e.g. hot lap, pit, start, the car (practice) loads into game and "crashes" onto tarmac; wheels fall off, etc. I've tried a broad range, with the ac-node-origin at same height as physics-tarmac, to as much as 1.5 meters above tarmac. Same result no matter what. So incredibly frustrating. Yes, AC-Node origins are at their actual location, not world-origin (0,0,0), and local Z is forward.
