Recently I have been trying to recreate the new rebellion livery from the wec. If you have seen the car, you will know that the wheels are half red and half black. I have drawn this onto the rim texture, and it correctly shows up in the showrooms for both the content manager and stock game. However, in game it is very noisy, as if there is an issue with rendering. Does anyone know if this can be fixed or if it is an issue with the render engine that cannot be solved?
