Some parts of a car wont light.IS that any texture problem or bug? It has happened with 3 modded cars i made. eg. angel eyes not glowing in bmw.
Usually you would get some answers. But in this case, it seems that these are ripped models, therefore people are less likely to jump in to help..
Ripped models? if so, tell me where i ripped them from I love modeling 3d and i even sell some models one eg. https://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/1286053 this 3d models are all made by me in sketchup(i have like 200gb of sketchup files xd)
Sorry, my bad. It's usually the case when good models appear "out of nowhere" (i.e. no wip thread, no mesh screenshot, the name of the modder is not very well known, etc). In my defense, I did say "seem to be" . Anyway, with that out of the way, maybe car guys can help you cc @garyjpaterson @AccAkut From my view (I'm a track guy), this would be a question of materials/UV mapping. Is the part you wish to light textured separately from the rest of the headlight, and does it use the correct material/shader ? It would be easier to debug with some 3d software and AC Editor additional shots.
Are the transparency settings correct on everything? I think lights won't appear through a mesh like the light covers if its not set to "True". Also make sure the mesh object name is correct, if its an object with multiple materials it will be split on FBX export (or KSEditor import, not sure here)
see here, i think you must use [LIGHT_HEADLIGHT_0] or something: https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-config/blob/master/_doc_config_cars.ini (take e30 as example)
