QUESTION problem with sky

Hi,
I found the cars' sky reflection is wrong in every tracks and with all cars.When I look the car from one angle , some parts of the car can reflect the sky , but the rest part is all black. There are some pictures in the attached file. Is there something wrong with the sky cube map ? Does anyone has the similar problem?

 

And I found that the problem only happens when custom shader patch is activate.

you know you can do while ingame?
CM is in windows-tray, right click...
