    Hi guys,

I have some textures that seem to overlap (or what it's called) each other which looks kinda weird. The grass and plant textures all have alpha channels and are saved as DXT5's. All set to AlphaBlend and IsTransparent is set to true.

Anyone have an idea what causes this?

    Thanks!

IIRC, set the blend mode to eAlphaTest.

Thanks Luchian! That worked, but in combination with IsTransparent set to false. Just a shame it's pixelated now, especially in the distant and towards the sky. Is that fixable?

What do you mean by pixelated ?
    Same issue as here ?

If YES, then have a look at this thread.

That looks very similar although not as extreme as those trees in the video, see attached images. I'm using nVidia's Photoshop DDS plugin, will try GIMP now, see if it changes anything. Thanks for the help!

    Hi Luchian,

The problem seems to remain even when saved with GIMP but it's already a major improvement. Fortunately it looks better in-game than in the editor.

Thanks for the help so far!
