AC member Patrik Marek posted his method of doing the headlights (and as it can be seen on his Nissan Primera the result is very nice). How ?

Headlights are actually composed of 3 objects,
    1. chrome/light bucked thingy
    2. glass with normal map bump
    3. and another glass with sticker

the second glass layer might not be necessary - although preferable, since it adds smooth reflection to the glass, which is how it is in real life, the outer glass is usually smooth, the bump is on the inside
