Adding terrain, camber and elevation in max?

    Hey,

    Got the sizing right eventually ok now I want to add some elevation, terrain and cambers to the corners how do i go about doing this?

    The best way to do this would be to use bezier curves and then use a modifier to align terrain to it.
    This would give you the best flexibility for whatever changes you will wish to make to your terrain.

    Have a look at this tutorial, for example (there are hundreds probably). Whatever rotation or modification you will add the the curve, the road will follow.

    IF your road is already created, then you should look for something like soft selection (not sure about exact name in Max). This will help you avoid steep changes in your road if moving verts manually (soft selection will also move the neighboring verts so you'll have a smooth gradient).
